You are forced to accept their registered agent service "free for six months." What they don't tell you is that after six months, if you don't pay to continue their services, you'll have to pay the state to change registered agent. BizFilings will gladly provide that change service for you...FOR $95 PLUS STATE FEES. There's no telling what other little scams they have hiding in their "services" but I won't be finding out. In their sign up process, BizFilings doesn’t give you a choice of registered agents.
