Thinking about using BizFilings.com to Incorporate?

Are you thinking about finally incorporating your personal small business or the helping a friend through the world of business structures? Perhaps you’ve come across a website called BizFilings and you just want a little more information about it before you spend your hard earned money. The last thing you want to do is fall victim to an online scam or fraud.

BizFilings Incorporation – Our Opinion

We personally have referred many new business to the LLC services of BZ (BizFilings). We have never heard anything bad about them and their prices are amongst the cheapest on the internet, without a doubt. But if there is one thing that BizFilings does particularly well, its their easy online LLC incorporation service (you can have a new business fully registered in just minutes).

–> Click Here to Get Started with BizFilings <–

Possible situations: Incorporating a new business? Or maybe you have some money sitting in the bank and you want to keep it out of harms way. No problem, Bizfilings.com can cover you from head to toe in corporate safe guards to protect your financial future from harm.

Limited Liability Corporation Registration

What about incorporating an LLC? Have you ever though about it? They are the hottest corporate business structure out today, the newest business structure and also the cheapest. They act as a corporation to protect you against threats that may try to take you down. In case of a negative legal motion presented against you, your LLC will be there to back you the whole way and defend your personal belongings and separate what is business and what is personal.

LLCs are so helpful because of the properties they have and the flexibility it has. Unfortunately, you won’t find very many tax benefits from a limited liability corporation. They aren’t any different than a typical C corporation when it comes to filing taxes and if you own the LLC as a sole proprietor, you will be taxed as a sole proprietorship and not a corporation (so we suppose this could be a good thing).

Question: Does an LLC protect me from civil suits?

Answer: Yes, and it also protects you if an employee was hurt in the workplace. Form an LLC or Class-C Corporation. Protect your assets. Gain tax advantages. Fast. Nationwide. Guaranteed. Easy. (Sounds excellent, right?)

We will continue to post coverage of this online incorporation website and if we hear any bad reviews, we will be sure to post them up. I have a feeling that we won’t be hearing anything bad about these guys for a long time. They’ve been in the business a while and we doubt they are going anywhere soon.

Well, that’s it for now. Thanks for reading and don’t forget to subscribe to our latest posts so you can keep yourself up to date on the latest and greatest business trends.

Apologies for Poor Website Content

I would like to apologize in advance for any content on this website that seems unprofessional. We are in the process of rewriting everything and a previous employee who had absolutely no knowledge of business kind of screwed up this resource from the start. You should see a revival in the next six months. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Corporate Business Structures

Choosing a corporate business structure is an important step in deciding where and how to incorporate your business. Many people tend to start off as sole proprietors before moving on to an LLC or C corp.

Benefits of an LLC

There are a lot of fallacies about incorporating your business in an LLC. Probably the number one misconception is that you are immune to punitive damages if you own an LLC. Liability can pass straight through an LLC just like any other business model if you are operating as a sole proprietor. For this reason, it is not advisable to register as an LLC unless you have another reason for doing so.

For the low price of $99 you can have your small business registered and make a name for your business and a new name for yourself as a great business person. $99 would also get you many fantastic standard features including a $50,000 corporate veil guarantee. Incorporate Online Now for guaranteed low pricing!

Owning a business is a scary thing if you don’t know what you are doing especially if you aren’t secure, it will turn your life upside down in a second.

Q:“Business or pleasure?”

You answer one or the other, never both.

A:“Business”

That’s the only answer a business person should ever give when departing(unless you’re James Bond) But James Bond doesn’t have to incorporate his business. And I don’t think he has a Limited Liability Corporation to kill… If he did though, I bet he would get it though Incorporate company. It’s that easy… James Bond can do it.

*Please excuse the last paragraph. You run into this kind of content when you work with amateurs. We are in the process of fixing the whole site. Once again, we are very sorry. Please do not let this get in the way of you incorporating your business today though.

Regardless of their size, all businesses can benefit from incorporating. Advantages of forming a corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC) include:

Personal asset protection. Both corporations and LLCs allow owners to separate and protect their personal assets. In a properly structured and managed company, owners should have limited liability for business debts and obligations.

Additional credibility. Adding “Inc.” or “LLC” after your business name can add instant authority. Consumers, vendors, and partners may prefer to do business with an incorporated company.

Name protection. In most states, other businesses may not file your exact corporate or LLC name in the same state.

Perpetual existence. Corporations and LLCs continue to exist, even if ownership or management changes. Sole proprietorships and partnerships just end if an owner dies or leaves the business.

Tax flexibility. Though profit and loss typically pass through an LLC and get reported on the personal income tax returns of owners, an LLC can also elect to be taxed as a corporation. Likewise, a corporation can avoid double taxation of corporate profits and dividends by electing Subchapter S tax status.

Deductible expenses. Both corporations and LLCs may deduct normal business expenses, like salaries, before they allocate income to owners.

Limited Liability Corporations – Introduction

An LLC is a newly formed business structure to suit the small businesses and really anybody who would like to secure a large amount of assets. LLC is an acronym for Limited Liability Corporation. Among new businesses registered today, the Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) structure is one of the most popular. This is probably due to the benefits of incorporating as an LLC which I will discuss in more detail in the next section.

Benefits of Incorporating as an LLC

A strong benefit of incorporating your business as an LLC is that it has the ability to separate the owner(s) also known as member(s) business-related assets from their personal assets. Basically what this means is if anything were to happen to their business, the corporate owners personal assets would be safe from any business-related lawsuits. A prime example and most common reason for business owners registering this structure are the preventing of unnecessary and extravagant American lawsuits.

Link: Easy LLC Incorporation Online (Full limited liability status processed in just minutes)

LLC Protection from Unnecessary Lawsuits

Lawsuits usually end up in settlements for large sums of money or property or both and when personal assets are at stake, a single lawsuit can ruin a person’s financial stability for the rest of their life. That is why the LLC structure of incorporation is so great: It creates a firewall between your personal assets and your business assets to protect them in the case that something were to happen in litigation.

The legal protection that comes with owning an LLC is an advanced business law discussion. You should always consult a business attorney if you question the legality of anything you are doing in the course of normal business activities.

A corporation is a separate and distinct legal entity. This allows it to do certain things. Such as… Open bank accounts under the corporations name and not the founders name, own property and perform business transactions and such under the company’s name and not the founders or the members of the board. A corporation is also managed/directed by a board of directors that are elected by the stockholders. All of this is for liability reasons solely so the owners don’t lose anything in the process of doing business. but as with anything there is a certain risk.
